Lifesaver secured a multi-year agreement with F1 to run sub brand "F1 Power". Unfortunately due to the nature of the franchise model at F1, individual events would source local providers canabilising the Lifesaver service.

Right to provide a service from fixed and mobile sales point at each event
Right to wholesale to merchandise or individual teams
Right (with no conflict) to source new sponsors
