In fact, we’ve bought enough to cover ChargedUp’s energy load ten times over. If you want to read more about how Octopus guarantees 100% renewable electricity, head over to their blog.

Q. the wire on my charger doesn’t fit me phone?

A. Our current device (Distributed from August 2019 onward) incorporates 3 types of cables. A lightning cable, a micro USB cable and a USB-C adapter. To find your cable look at the wording on the back of your charger where the location of each is labelled. In the event that you would like to use another cable there is also an extra USB port that you can use to plug in any USB cable you like. Below follows a more detailed description for located each cable if needed.

Lightning Cable

Facing the front of the device with the ‘Lifesaver’ logo upright you will find the lightning cable on the top edge. To release it use the release clasp on the top right hand corner of the device, pull it from the right edge upward to bring out the cable.

Micro USB

Facing the front of the device with the ‘Lifesaver’ logo upright you will find the micro USB cable on the bottom edge. To release it use the release clasp on the bottom right hand corner of the device, pull it from the right edge downward to bring out the cable.

To access the adapter for USB-C first pull out the micro usb cable and slot the metal end into the hole located where the USB-C label indicates. When you pull the cable back out of this slot the adapter should be attached to the end and ready to use in your phone. To put the adapter away again just remove it from the cable and slot it back in the whole it came from.

USB Port

Facing the front of the device with the ‘Lifesaver’ logo upright, the extra USB port can be found on the top edge of the device. It is located underneath the lightning cable so you will have to release that first to access it.

We hope to post a product demo video up shortly for more clarity.
