Please complete the "Product Return Form", see tab below "Returns & Exchanges". Send the Lifesaver power bank & completed product return form to "FREEPOST Lifesaver" (no stamp needed, just pop in a letter box) and we will get a replacement sent out to you.

Pop in a letter box addressed to "FREEPOST Lifesaver" no stamp is needed, it is all pre-paid.

At any of the events we are at, online via Amazon (click on "Product" page on the menu page, or on demand on Zapp app.

Currently we are no operating in Network Rail stations so unable to swap your power bank there.
